Hoi,
Heeft iemand ening idee, hoe therm ic werkt. Ik heb pas nieuwe atomic skischoenen gekocht type B tech series 80. Die kun je via therm ic een oplader verwarmen. Maar mijn vraag is nu moet je de accu's nou tijdens skien er aan laten zitten of moet je ze gewoon verwarmen en blijven ze dan het aantal uren warm.
Lijkt me erg onhandig als ze aan je schoenen vast moeten blijven zitten, kun je ze zo kwijtraken lijkt me.

Roland Piquepaille writes "The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has announced that a new experimental atomic clock based on a single mercury atom is now at least five times more precise than NIST-F1, the U.S. standard clock. This mercury atomic clock 'would neither gain nor lose a second in about 400 million years' while it would take 'only' 70 million years to NIST-F1, based on a 'fountain' of cesium atoms, to gain or lose a second. But even if this new kind of optical atomic clock is more accurate than cesium microwave clocks, it will take a while before such a design can be accepted as an international standard. Because of some silly little futbol soccer game in Germany, we've been sans "Top Gear" for five weeks now, but fear not -- we've got kind of a mini "best-of" right here on the Jalop. So what's up next on our Maximum Top Gear Sunday? Well -- how about a car that goes 0-60 in 2.9 seconds that's been dubbed by Jeremy Clarkson "driving nirvana?" That's right -- it's the Ariel Atom. Watch as it sucks Jeremy's face right off of his skull. Yes, it's a mad fast car and Jeremy couldn't be happier -- even without his face.

The one time we went to Willow Springs, we woke up with a brutal hangover to find out that the once and future Kindergarten Cop was now our governor. Then we drove lightly-prepped race cars around the Streets for a few hours, sat outside at Burbank Airport listening to the Ramones piped over the outdoor sound system, and then flew back up north. These characters from IWSTI, an online Subie forum, did us one better. They went out to the track complex near Edwards Air Force Base, made like a ground-bound Chuck Yeager in a 300hp Ariel Atom and hung out with Jeremy Clarkson. Apparently, the Top Gear presenter has gone back on his prior assertion that he was never going to America again. [Thanks to Kevin for the tip.]

Google ontwikkelde een eigen 'syndicatiestandaard', Gdata (details). Eigenlijk is het meer dan syndicatie alleen omdat Gdata ook authenticatie en queries toestaat: "(...) The Google data APIs ("GData" for short) provide a simple standard protocol for reading and writing data on the web.
